Refund Policy

At Intricate Training Merchandise, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items (if marked final sale)

  • Personalized or custom products

3. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or received a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct product at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
